Shipping is 2-3 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Orders are NOT refundable! You can exchange them or get store credit. In order to exchange them, you must return the order within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can Contact Us immediately about the issue and we will be more than happy to help!

How do I clean the Lashes?
1. Be sure to wash your hands before cleaning.
2. Soak your lashes in soap and water (half of each) for 15-25 minutes.
3. After soaking, use tweezers to remove all glue from the lash strip.
*You shouldn't have to tug at the glue. If you're tugging, soak the lashes for another 10-12 minutes.
4. Grab a spoolie brush, damp it with water, and brush through the lashes so they go back in shape.
KEEP YOUR LASH BOX! Make sure that after cleaning you store them in the box to keep them in shape.
Remember: These are Mink lashes, if you don't clean or take care of them they won't last you a very long time. If you do these steps, you have nothing to worry about. Keep calm and clean on!
